In cases when driving schools are having difficulty to generate an enrollment key for the student, or have requested the support team to generate an enrollment key for the student; we can login to their account and generate an enrollment key for the student.

1. On the user database page, use “User full name” filter or “Email address” filter to find the account of the driving school:
   
2. Under the driving school account, click on the name under “First Name /Surname” column to open account, as shown in the screenshot below:
   
3. In the driving school account, click on “Log in as” option:
   
4. You are now logged into the driving school account. On the Dashboard, click on “Generate Enrollment Key” option as shown:
   
5. On the “Generate Course Coupon(s)” page, enter ‘Student Email’, ‘Parent/Guardian Email (optional)’, ‘Student Name’, ‘Student Phone’ and ‘Driving School Location (for driving schools operating in more than one locations)’.

   Click on “Next” button to save the changes.
