This method will completely automate your enrollment process.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Trubicars creates a custom sign up page for your driving school.
  2. You can add the page to your website for online course sign up.
  3. The student goes to the page, creates an account and completes the payment using credit card or debit card.
  4. Payment goes to YOUR PayPal account.
  5. The student gets access to the online course.

Pros

  1. It automates the enrollment process. You don’t need to login to Trubicars portal to enroll students.
  2. Students get access to the course right away without any delays.
  3. It save you time so you can focus on other important stuff in your business.

I am interested in this method. How do I sign up?

Below are the steps to sign up for this method:

  • Send an email to info@trubicars.ca stating that you want to use Fully Automatic Enrollment method for your driving school. Also provide the following information in your email:
    • Your PayPal email address (payment from students will go in this account)
    • Package name and price for example, Silver package ($499), Gold Package ($699), Diamond Package ($799). If you are collecting HST then make sure you include HST in this price.

That’s it! We will set up everything in the Trubicars system and send you a custom link that you can share with your students via your website, text message or email.
